Terms of Sale By accessing and using www.arjewellery.com you agree to follow and abide by the terms and conditions as outlined below. A & R Jewellery is the trading name of A & R Harrison Jewellery, a partnership between Andrew and Ruth Harrison. We will happily refund any purchase, minus the shipping fee within seven working days of the date of receipt. Please notify us as soon as you can if you feel you would require to return any purchase. To receive a refund on any purchase, you must contact us and notify us that you are returning your purchased item. It must be received by us in the same condition as shipped. Refunds are processed as quickly as possible, via the same means as payment was made, either via Paypal or your credit card company or in the case of a cheque, a cheque will be sent as refund. Refunds are for the price of the purchased items only, not including any postage and packing fees. If you would like to cancel an order please notify us as soon as possible quoting your invoice number or the name of products purchased. If the item has already been dispatched you will be charged the P&P fee. When returning an item please include a copy of the invoice or a detailed list of the names of products purchased. Until the item reaches us it remains your responsibility. We suggest you use a postal service which will insure you for the value of the items. This does not affect your statutory rights. Ordering No contract of sale between A & R Jewellery and you, the customer, exists until full payment has been accepted and all funds cleared. If there is a problem with your order you will be notified via email as soon as possible. If an item is out of stock you can choose to cancel the order or accept an offer of a similar item handmade especially for you. We aim to represent each item for sale as accurately as possible regarding detailed descriptions, measurements and photography. Every effort is made to provide you with images which represent the products correctly. Please be aware that colours of actual products may differ slightly from on-screen colours, as monitor settings vary from computer to computer. Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales. Commissions Each commission undertaken will only begin after consultation between ourselves and the client. Where necessary, sketches or photos will be supplied. On larger projects we may ask for a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the commission before work begins. We aim to complete standard commissions within 28 days from design approval. Classes On purchasing a class with A & R Jewellery we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange the date and time for the class to take place, if we are unable to find a mutually agreeable date a full refund will be made. If you wish to cancel a class after a date has been agreed you must contact us as soon as possible. If the cancellation is made 5 days or more in advance of the class then a new mutually agreeable date can be agreed. Within 4 days of the class the date cannot be changed, a new booking must be made. No refunds will be offered after a date is agreed. When taking part in a class you will use gas torches with a very hot flame and handle molten glass, both have the potential to burn both you and your clothes if not handled in the way instructed. A & R Jewellery are not liable for any damage incurred while taking part in a class. Under 18s, we may accept bookings including people under the age of 18 but please contact us to discuss before booking. Privacy Policy A & R Jewellery respects the privacy of its customers. We will not issue any marketing literature without your permission. If you have signed up to our mailing list you give permission to receive our newsletter. You can unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time. We never disclose customer information to third parties, except for the purpose of processing and delivering your order, such as a courier service. Information collected to process your order includes name, address, telephone number and email address. The online payments are received via Paypal (when paying by credit/debit card), and we have no access to your credit/debit card details.
